Can you help with design and artwork layout?
Yes, our in-house creative team can assist with artwork adjustments, product mockups or full design creation. Just send over your ideas or logo and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can you print full-colour logos?
Yes, we can print full-colour logos using digital or heat transfer printing. We also offer screen printing and embroidery for simpler designs or solid colours.
How do you match print colours to my brand?
We use Pantone Matching System (PMS) references to match your exact brand colours. If you have Pantone codes, please provide them. If not, our team can help guide you or offer visual proofs before production.
What are origination charges?
Origination charges refer to the setup costs for creating print screens, embroidery files, dies or templates used during the branding process. These are usually one-off charges for new designs or first-time orders.
What is suitable artwork?
Suitable artwork means clean, high-resolution files – Vector Format – that allow us to print your logo or design clearly and professionally. If you’re unsure, we can help refine your artwork or create it for you.
